Burnouts at The Bend This event is coming up fast. Burnout Masters will host Burnouts at The Bend on Saturday, August 15th at Dragway at The Bend. One competitor will win a ticket to the Burnout Burnanza Grand Final in Sydney. A $15,000 prize pool is available across all classes. This is the first of two major Adelaide Burnouts events happening this year. Entries for all classes open on Sunday, June 14th at 10am (South Australian time). Opening entries early this year gives competitors extra time to plan, adjust schedules, and complete bookings in advance.

The MSS Safety Rally Barossa is a track day event held across Saturday 29 August and Sunday 30 August 2026 in the Barossa Valley, SA. The event begins at 09:00 on the Saturday and runs through to 09:00 on the Sunday. The venue is located on Barossa Valley Way, Sandy Creek, South Australia, 5351, with further venue details to follow.

The Supercars championship returns to South Australia for the 2026 Bend 500 at Shell V-Power Motorsport Park. This endurance race features long driving stints, multiple drivers per car, and strategic pit stop decisions that determine the winners. THE DRAGWAY SCHEDULE IS NOW AVAILABLE The Dragway at the Bend has released its full schedule through 31 March 2027. The calendar includes Group One drag racing, the Summit Track Championship, and the Outlaw Speed Shop Off-Street meets. August kicks off with the Terminator double feature drive-in. The 15,000 Burnouts at the Bend event follows on 15 August. September features Micros on the Murray during Supercars weekend. The season's first Off-Street meet takes place two weeks later. October is the busiest month, with four major events. The Nostalgia Drags, All-Bike Nationals, SPRY Spring Nationals, and Street Machine Drag Challenge all run during the month. The SPRY Spring Nationals runs 22-25 October. This event will also serve as the NDRC Grand Final. This is the first time the Bend has hosted this National Drag Racing Championship event. Spectator tickets are available for purchase now. Competitor registration opens soon.

The Bend Classic 2026 is confirmed for the October long weekend. Historic Touring Car racing will return to The Bend following a strong 2025 season. The event runs from Friday 2nd October through Sunday 4th October 2026. Last year drew over 60 cars. The venue and organisers are committed to expanding the event further. New ideas are welcome. The October dates do not clash with the Sandown event in early November or other known commitments. Accommodation packages may be available at Rydges Pit Lane closer to the event date. The Bend will announce additional details separately, including entertainment details. Competitors can contest for an Australian Title Trophy or set lap records at one of Australia's premier racing circuits. This event is organised jointly by HTCASA and HTCAV. SOUTH EAST SKID FEST Naughty Corner Motorsports is partnering with Nathan Robinson to bring a new burnout event to South Australia's South East region. Location and Venue The event takes place in Millicent. It features a purpose-built skid pad measuring 100 metres by 26 metres, designed for high-performance burnout action. What to Expect The event brings together some of the country's most powerful burnout cars and experienced drivers. Expect loud engines, tire destruction, and controlled chaos throughout the day. This is a new motorsport experience for the Millicent area, aimed at showcasing the region to both competitors and spectators.

Rally cars will speed through Strathalbyn's town centre during the 2026 Shannons Adelaide Rally. The stage takes drivers along Catherine Street, Donald Street, Rankine Street and Sunter Street, with a crossing of St Andrews Bridge included. The stage runs twice, with a lunch break at a location next to the Soldiers Memorial Garden. Spectators can watch for free. This event is part of the Shannons Adelaide Rally, taking place October 16-18, 2026.

Melonaid 25 Hour 2026 A major motorsport event running 25 competitive hours over 3 days. The competition takes place across multiple track configurations at The Bend. Drivers will race on two layouts. The GT configuration features 35 corners and spans 7.77 kilometres. The International layout, used for V8 Supercars racing, is also included. Teams of at least 4 drivers compete together. Earlybird entry is $950 per driver. An AASA General Speed licence is required.

Climb to the Eagle 2026 South Australia's popular motoring event returns on Friday, 6 November 2026.
