The Proton Satria, a hatchback manufactured by Malaysian company Proton, was produced in two generations spanning from 1994 to 2015. The first generation, launched in 1994, was also known as the Proton Compact in the UK and the Proton 300 Series in some European markets. This 3-door hatchback was built based on the fourth-generation Mitsubishi Mirage / Colt. A joint venture between Proton and Diversified Resources Bhd. (DRB) led to its creation.
