Rebadged Toyota bB. The Toyota bB is a compact multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) manufactured by Toyota, with the first generation debuting in 2000. It was designed to appeal to Japanese men in their twenties with its distinctive boxy shape, but it has since garnered popularity among women buyers as well. The second generation of the bB, introduced in 2005, was a collaborative effort between Toyota and Daihatsu. This mini MPV has also been marketed under various other names such as the Daihatsu Materia, Scion xB, and Subaru Dex through badge engineering.
