The Mazda Bravo is a light commercial pickup truck sold primarily in Australia, produced from 1985 through to the mid-2000s across two generations. The first generation, designated UF, ran from 1985 to 1998 and was closely related to the Ford Courier of the same era, reflecting the longstanding Ford-Mazda partnership that underpinned both trucks mechanically. The second generation, designated UN, followed from 1998 onward and continued the Bravo nameplate into the 2000s, again sharing its platform and drivetrain options with the concurrent Ford Courier, with both two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive variants available across the range. The Bravo was offered in single and freestyle cab configurations and was valued in the Australian market for its straightforward utility, with diesel and petrol engine options catering to both worksite and light recreational use.
