The Honda HR-V is a popular subcompact crossover SUV categorized under the B-segment. It has been produced by Honda across three generations. The first generation HR-V was built on the Honda Logo platform and was sold in Europe, Japan, and select Asia-Pacific markets from 1999 to 2006. This generation of the HR-V was available in two versions: a three-door model produced from 1999 to 2003 (internally known as GH2) and a five-door model produced from 1999 to 2006 (internally known as GH4). Following a seven-year break, Honda brought back the HR-V nameplate for the second generation. This newer version was based on the third generation of the Honda Fit
