The Isuzu MU is a mid-size SUV that was manufactured by Isuzu, a Japan-based automobile company, spanning the years from 1989 to 2004. The vehicle was initially released in a three-door configuration in 1989 and was later followed by a five-door variant known as the Isuzu MU Wizard in 1990. The first generation of the MU series was in production until 1998 when it was succeeded by a revamped second generation. In this new iteration, the five-door model renamed the Isuzu MU Wizard to simply the Isuzu Wizard, dropping the "MU" prefix.
