Forthing is a Chinese automobile marque owned by Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, a division of Dongfeng Motor Group. Established in 2001 as Fengxing, it was later rebranded as Forthing in English while retaining its original Chinese name. Recognized as the first Chinese brand to manufacture multi-purpose vehicles (MPVs) for family use, Forthing has a strong association with the Dongfeng emblem, reflecting its parent company's identity. Signaling a new chapter for the brand, on November 17, 2020, Forthing introduced the T5 EVO crossover model. Alongside the launch of this vehicle, Dongfeng Fengxing unveiled a new lion emblem, marking a significant design update for the brand.
