Adding xDrive all-wheel drive to the 745Le formula, this variant reaches 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds from the same 286 hp, 450 Nm plug-in hybrid drivetrain. The xDrive system improves traction in adverse conditions without altering the power figures, shaving 0.2 seconds from the rear-drive 745Le's sprint time. It was offered in long-wheelbase form from 2019 to 2020 as part of BMW's expanded electrified 7 Series range.
